What is Whitelabel?
The Whitelabel is a feature that allows you to customize the Zaia platform with your own brand and domain, removing references to the Zaia brand.
It is ideal for companies that wish to resell customer service and sales automation services as if they were their own solutions.
Who can affiliate?
1. Make sure to have a domain
Create a registered domain outside of Zaia using services like GoDaddy, Registro.br, etc.
2. Hire a plan at Zaia
You need to already have an active plan with Zaia, whether it is Acceleration, Growth, or Scale Up.
3. Access your Agency Account
In the settings menu of your agency account, click on "manage account".
4. Activate the Whitelabel
In account management, select Whitelabel, complete the hiring process, and enter your custom domain.
Make sure you are in your "Agency account", NOT in your "Client account".
Click on the menu bar in the lower left corner;
Click on "Manage account"
Click on the "Whitelabel" option and make the hiring
The Whitelabel is an additional feature, with a cost of R$ 997.00 per month, which is added to the cost of your main plan. With it, you can customize the Zaia platform, including your own brand and domain.
In other words, it's necessary to already have an active plan with Zaia, and if you choose the Whitelabel, this extra cost of R$ 997.00 per month will be added.
